Delivery Coverage We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, and other major and smaller cities, through our courier partners.

Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2-4 business days
• Other cities/towns: 4-6 business days

Delivery times may extend during sales, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Delivery Charges Delivery charges are [Rs.199 flat rate / calculated at checkout].

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on all orders across Pakistan. Full payment is collected by the rider at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.

Failed Delivery Attempts If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt redelivery 1-2 more times. Orders unclaimed after multiple attempts may be returned and cancelled.
