Welcome to Soch. By accessing our website (sooch.pk) and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us Soch is an online clothing store based in Lahore, Pakistan, offering polo shirts, trousers, hoodies, drop shoulder shirts, and sweatshirts, with Cash on Delivery available nationwide including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Multan.

2. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, phone number) is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or unavailability of stock.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of order confirmation are final for that order.

4. Payment We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Full payment is required at the time of delivery for COD orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

6. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may request a return once delivered, per our Refund Policy.

7. Product Availability Products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative, refund, or store credit.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Soch and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Soch is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order placed.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
